Includes 4 annual checks, & 1 full battery replacement per calendar year.
Carbon Monoxide Testing & Battery Replacement
Regular testing can ensure proper functionality of your CO2 alarm offering peace of mind that your early warning system is working as intended.

P-trap Service
Clearing the p-trap in your plumbing system has many benefits such as improved drainage and a reduction in foul odors. We'll check your drainage, check for leaks, and clean them out and replace the seals if we find an issue.
Includes 1 annual Inspection of all P-Traps in the home.
Toilet Flapper Inspect/ Replace
